Quality is a degree of compliance with the model or specialist requirements; it is a strictly observed technological process; it is managing the company in such a way that it functions as a healthy organism in which everybody is aware and responsible at each production stage. It requires concentration on the customer’s current and future needs and acting in order to satisfy them. It is also important to ensure two-way, beneficial relationships with suppliers which should be profitable for both parties.

We were acknowledged by the ”Grupa Media Partner” Jury and we received the EUROPEAN STANDARD 2008 emblem. On 12 February 2010 we received the Quality Management Certificate ISO 9001:2008.
This system is directed at understanding and meeting customer’s requirements, adoption of process approach, provision of processes effectiveness results and their constant improvement based on objective measurements.
In October 2011 we received ISO 14001:2005 certificate regarding the quality and environmental policy. Knowing that the industry sets high requirements in the field of product quality, productivity, competitiveness and continuous development, the next stage after obtaining of the Integrated System of Environmental Management and Protection shall be implementation of ISO/TS 16949 system.

Proximity of such wonderful mountains as the Beskids is an obligation. That is the reason why we aim at constant improvement of our activity for prevention and elimination of environmental pollution – it is one of our most important priorities.
